IWK recently purchased a purpose built glass crusher to run the Resourse Recovery Centre and landfill on Scarborough turning around 350 tonne of glass per annum into aggregate.

They sell glass/silica as:

  • Sand blasting medium
  • Water filtration medium
  • Bunker sand
  • Garden mulch

Working with Cilica Pavers in Foxton they are manufacturing glass aggregate pavers.

Using a Horizontal Compost Unit and screen plant, IWK converts 700kgs per week of food scraps, and around 700tn per annum of greenwaste and Gib board into compost.
