Our strategy, plan and projects
Our mission is to: connect and empower a network of zero waste community enterprises across Aotearoa, inform policy and procurement, trial and deliver zero waste solutions.
Our strategic direction is developed by our Board of Trustees, in collaboration with our team members. It has four key focus areas:
1. Connect & Empower a network of zero waste advocates across Aotearoa
2. Trial, Deliver and Promote Solutions that build capacity and increase impact
3. Secure strategic relationships
4. Shape policy & procurement to increase revenue and impact opportunities for members
