Tipping Point Manager
MPHS’s innovative manager who set up the Recycle Shop in association with Auckland Council is moving onto a new role at MPHS. So we have reorganised our structure in the Tipping Point rebranded unit to create a tremendous opportunity for an inspirational environmental manager who has the management skills to ensure the Tipping Point realises its potential. We also have a Tipping Point Yard Coordinator position available too.
The Tipping Point Manager leads the staff and volunteer team at one of the MPHS greatest environmental success stories. The Tipping Point recycles a range of household and furniture items including pallet furniture for sale at the Tipping Point Recycle Shop located at 50 The Concourse, Henderson.
The Tipping Point Manager ensures that the Tipping Point Recycle Shop continues to operate sustainably and generates a surplus to be allocated to other MPHS managed projects and activities. To achieve this goal the manager must have experience and a broad range of proven skills across:
- Environmental sector
- Retailing
- Marketing
- HR
- Relationship management.
- Social enterprise
Tipping Point Yard Coordinator
The Tipping Point Yard Coordinator organises the resources and staff and volunteers within the yard environment at one of the MPHS greatest environmental success stories. The Tipping Point recycles a range of household and furniture items including pallet furniture for sale at the Tipping Point Recycle Shop located at 50 The Concourse, Henderson.
